Vacuum Chuck Installation and Operation Instructions- Connect a hose from the Vacuum Power Unit to the Vacuum Chuck.
- Mount the Vacuum Power Unit on the machine table away from the cutting area.
- Multiple vacuum ports can have multiple parts to be held on one chuck. M3 bolts are turned into fixed and then pulled up to open the vacuum ports.
- When inserting the sealing strip into the channels, do not stretch the sealing strip.

Put the Vacuum Chuck on the clean machine table and use the included Clamps(Fig. 1). You will need to use your own T-slot bolts. Use the botts and clamps to secure the Vacuum Chuck to the machine table.

- Instead, work the sealing strip backward so it compresses lengthwise (Fig. 2).
- This ensures no gaps will form when the material settles.
- Always finish sealing by butting both ends together squarely (Fig. 3).
